In the event of the buyer purchasing an item and deciding not to keep it for any reason other than defective one stated above, return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
In the event of receiving an item that is defective, please contact us so we can make it right. We also cover return shipping.
We offer Standard (3-5 Business Days), Expedited (1-2 Business Days) & Next Day (1 Business Day) shipping. If your order is placed prior to 3:00pm EST, we will ship your order same day. Otherwise, we will ship on the following business day. The amount of time it actually takes for your order to reach its destination depends on your shipping method and courier delivery standards. Example 1: If your order is placed on Monday at 11:00am, and you chose Expedited, you should expect to receive your order by Wednesday (end of day). Example 2: If your order is placed on Monday at 5:00pm, and you chose Expedited, you should expect to receive your order by Thursday (end of day).
At this time, we only offer shipping within Canada. We’re looking to expand our network in the new year.
We ship with via FedEx or Canada Post, depending on your geographical region.
• Please note that purchases over $100 CAD require a Signature upon Delivery.
If the item has been used or shows signs of damage a re-stocking fee no less than 15% will be charged depending on the condition of the returned item. Returns must be made within 3 days of delivery confirmation (Shipping) and 14 days for in-store purchases.
