Do I have to pay for return shipping if I want to exchange a product?

In the event of the buyer purchasing an item and deciding not to keep it for any reason other than manufacturer defect, return shipping will be paid by the buyer.

Received a defective item?

Contact us right away. We'll send you a prepaid return label and facilitate a fast exchange at no extra cost to you.

How fast will my order ship?

 Place your order by 2:00 PM EST for same-day shipping! Orders received after the cutoff ship the next business day.

Standard Shipping: 3–4 Business Days.

Next Day Shipping: 1 Business Day.

Please Note: Delivery dates are estimates. While we ensure timely dispatch, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. Additionally, customers are responsible for the cost of reshipping any orders returned due to incorrect address entry.

Signature Requirement: For your security, all orders exceeding $250 CAD require a signature upon delivery.

Hold for Pick up: To ensure the safety of your shipment, we reserve the right to hold packages for pickup at your local courier depot at our discretion.

Do you offer an Extended Warranty?

Yes! Swiftronics Canada partners with SureBright to offer comprehensive extended warranty programs. These plans go beyond standard manufacturer coverage to include both mechanical breakdowns and accidental damage, such as drops and liquid spills.

Duration: Coverage typically ranges from one to three years, depending on the specific product.

How to Purchase: You can view available protection options directly on the product page of the item you're interested in.


Post-Purchase Window: If you didn't add coverage at checkout, you have up to 30 days after your purchase to add a protection plan.

Do you Price match?

Yes! We offer a Price Match Guarantee. We want to ensure you get the best value on your tech. If you find a lower price from a direct Canadian retailer, we will gladly match it at the time of purchase, subject to the criteria below.

What are the criteria for a Price Match?

To qualify for a price match, the competitor's product must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Identical Product & Variant: The item must be brand new, factory-sealed, and an exact match. This means it must share the same brand, model number, colour, storage capacity, internal specifications, and regional hardware configuration.
  • Direct Retailers Only (No Third-Party Sellers): We only match prices from businesses that own, stock, and fulfill their own inventory directly. We do not match independent third-party sellers, dropshippers, peer-to-peer marketplaces, or open box/liquidator sites. For example, when matching major platforms, the item must be directly "Sold and Shipped by" that platform, not a third-party merchant.
  • Immediately In-Stock: The item must be currently in stock, available for immediate purchase, and ready to ship on the competitor’s website. We cannot match backordered, out-of-stock, or limited-quantity/doorbuster items.

How to request a Price Match

All price match requests must be made and verified at the time of purchase. We are unable to offer retroactive price matches or partial refunds after an order has been placed.

Before checking out, please contact our support team via Contact Us with:

  1. A live link to the competitor's product page.
  2. The exact model and variant you wish to purchase from Swiftronics.

Our team will independently verify the price and live availability to apply the discount to your order.

Please Note: Price matching applies to the advertised pre-tax price of the item and excludes additional competitor coupons, financing offers, bundle deals, or clearance/liquidation sales. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.

Product Origin: These items consist of open-box returns or trade-ins that have been professionally restored .

Swiftronics Warranty: We provide a 90-day warranty period from the date of purchase on all Swift Certified hardware.

Disclaimer: While internally perfect, these items may have minor cosmetic differences compared to brand-new units .

Claims: Warranty claims within the first 90 days are handled directly by Swiftronics; any further extended coverage is managed via the SureBright platform as itemized on your purchase invoice .
