Shipping policy

Swiftronics Inc. ships within Canada only. We do not ship outside Canada at this time.

1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. The exact amount is shown before you complete your order.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or statutory holidays.

In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day of our distribution centre receiving the order. Processing time is included in the delivery estimates shown at checkout.

We may split your order into multiple shipments depending on product availability at the time of processing. If we do, you are only charged once for shipping.

3. Pre-Orders and Backorders

Pre-ordered products ship within one business day of the expected ship date listed on the product page. Some orders may be delayed without notice due to shipping or production issues from the manufacturer. If a product is delayed beyond its expected ship date or cancelled by the manufacturer, we will notify you by email or phone, and the order will be cancelled.

4. Delivery Estimates and Delays

Delivery dates are estimates provided by our shipping carriers, not guarantees. Deliveries to rural locations may be delayed by up to two business days, which is beyond our control.

Shipping times vary by destination and the shipping method selected. Delivery may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, and lost or stolen packages.

5. Risk of Loss

Once a carrier confirms your package has been delivered to the address you provided, responsibility for the package passes to you. Swiftronics is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, contact the carrier first, then contact us and we will help where we can.

6. Incorrect Addresses and Returned Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address you provided or because you refused delivery, the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.
