Please be advised that delivery dates are estimates provided to Swiftronics from the couriers we have partnered with. Deliveries to rural locations may experience delays by up to 2 business days which is beyond our control. It is the buyers responsibility to be informed if their location falls under rural.

Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected. Please note that for any reason due to circumstances beyond our control shipping may be delayed (inclement weather, lost or stolen packages etc.)

Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of inventory from our Distribution Centre. Orders placed for in-stock products will typically be processed and shipped within one business day from our distribution centre and are included in the transit times.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Pre-ordered products will be shipped within one business day of the expected ship date on the product page. Some orders may be delayed without notice due to shipping or production issues from the product manufacturer, in which case the order will be processed and shipped upon product availability. If a product is delayed beyond the expected ship date or is cancelled by the manufacturer, you will be notified via email or telephone and the order will be cancelled.

We may divide your order into multi-shipments depending on the availability of the products at the time of processing. In these instances, you will only be charged once for shipping.

RETURNS POLICY

1. Not only do we offer reasonable prices and service, but we stand behind fair and ethical practices. If after receiving your item and you decide not to keep it, we ask that returns be made within 30 days of the item's receipt. Return shipping will be covered by the buyer.

2. Items that have been used or show signs of usage, will be subject to a restocking fee no less than 20% of the original selling price will be applied to the current sales price. Swiftronics reserves the right to inspect any item before approving a refund.

3. Requests for order cancellations made prior to shipping will be refunded minus 3% for transaction fees associated with the order.

4. We offer a 30 day domestic warranty on all of our international devices which will be issued as a repair or a replacement if a repair is not feasible. This warranty applies to product defects and failures only. All warranty claims placed 30 days after the date of receipt will be redirected to the product manufacturer and will be subject to manufacturer’s discretion and return policies. Under no circumstances will liquid or physical damage be covered by warranty.

5. All accessories, home theatre items, wearables and open box devices are final sale.

6. In the event of receiving an item that is defective on arrival (DOA) please contact us right away so we can replace the item.

FAQ'S

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping if I want to exchange a product? A: In the event of the buyer purchasing an item and deciding not to keep it for any reason other than manufacturer defect, return shipping will be paid by the buyer.

Q: What should I do if I receive a defective product? A: In the event of receiving an item that is defective, please contact us so we can make it right. We also cover return shipping.

Q: How long will it take for my items to arrive? A: We offer Standard (3-5 Business Days) and Next Day (1 Business Day) shipping. If your order is placed prior to 3:00pm EST, we will ship your order within the same day. Otherwise, we will ship on the following business day. The amount of time it actually takes for your order to reach its destination depends on your shipping method and courier delivery standards. Example 1: If your order is placed on Monday at 11:00am, and you chose Expedited, you should expect to receive your order between Wednesday and Friday (end of day).

Q: Do you ship outside of Canada? A: Yes we do. We ship across North America with the exception of Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska
