In the event of the buyer purchasing an item and deciding not to keep it for any reason other than manufacturer defect, return shipping will be paid by the buyer.

We offer Standard (3-4 Business Days) and Next Day (1 Business Day) shipping. If your order is placed prior to 2:00pm EST, we will ship your order within the same day. At Swiftronics we offer a 30 day warranty on all our international devices which will be issued as a repair or a replacement if a repair is not feasible. This warranty applies to product defects and failures only. All warranty claims placed 30 days after the date of receipt will be redirected to the product manufacturer and will be subject to manufacturer’s warranties and return policies. Under no circumstances will liquid or physical damage be covered by warranty.

Yes, Swiftronics does offer an extended warranty program through Surebright. This warranty covers both mechanical breakdowns and accidental damage. The warranty period can vary from one to three years, depending on the product.
